Politics and more politics…it’s usually over before you know you’ve been playing. But the world at large doesn’t stop turning just because you’ve had enough. The beat goes on. With five planets in Scorpio this week and beyond, the hidden agenda churns on. There seems to be no end in sight and the intensity is wearing even to hardy souls.

Mercury and Jupiter conjunct are squared by Saturn so it seems that you are taking one step forward and two steps back with everyone watching. Just when you think you’ve gotten some traction, there is another slippery slope. These situations call for supporting troops. Call in your markers.

Mars trine Uranus keeps your energy level from going flat. Keep the pressure on as this week decisions will be made that will determine the course of history…at least your history. Unconsciously, we are at a cross roads and underneath it all we realize that humanitarianism and self absorption are just another polarization, one that needs to be balanced.

Idealism has flown out the window, so let your neighbor know that it’s his problem too. Cooperation is the obvious solution, but the power struggle impedes progress. Remember that the simple contains the complex.

Lot’s of firepower comes from this week’s configuration of planets. Continuous expansion on the home front results in being oversubscribed. Try to moderate the events of the week so that too much pressure doesn’t build to a boiling point.

The Sun and Moon having just passed the conjunction in the sign of Libra have an insulating effect on how information is disseminated. Too much light can cause a blind spot in our vision. Meditate on the difference between illusion and reality. Since the difference is often subtle, stay vigilant.

Mars & Venus are conjunct in Libra, the sign of relationships. Libra tries to balance these masculine and feminine influences placing the responsibility square on the shoulders of spiritual awakening. Love and war is the root of evolution. Stand tall to chaotic influences and maintain your inner peace.

Actions, this week, are at the disposal of other people. Set things in motion and then allow others to do their share. You help others by not overcompensating. Try to set aside some time for yourself so that you don’t feel imposed upon. A philosophical approach gets you through in style.

The tone for the week is set by the Moon in Leo. Royalty rules over the masses. The King & Queen are in harmony. Everyone is searching beneath the surface for an insight into the future, but few are able to sense the ensuing pressure of the surrounding forces. Take time to observe those around you because they hold the key to finding inner peace.

Saturn & Pluto in Leo opposes Neptune in Aquarius. The practical duties of obligation are calling. Start thinking out of the box. We can follow the tired path of anticipated behavior, but why not throw a curve ball. Keep the public on their toes. People appreciate what they pay for, so give them their money’s worth.

Intelligence is inborn. We have it to use or misuse. Open up your thinking to include a wider scope of possibility. Necessity is the mother of invention. Obtain freedom by giving others the right to be themselves. You won’t be disappointed if you expect a lot from yourself.

The week is filled with tensions that can be mitigated by giving yourself and others some space. All the while, you needn’t leave your thrown. Get out of their face and let them experience the rewards of their own thinking. No one needs a truth serum.

     Don’t think you can take flight just yet.  There are situations at work that won’t allow for a peaceful departure.  The world is in fast forward with catastrophic situations abounding.  Diversions are solutions, but not ones that will last very long.  Sooner or later we have to come head to head with the real issues.

     Undercurrents are causing a little sea sickness.  Just when you were feeling like you were ready to step into another dimension on solid footing, you realize that you may still need your gravity boots.  Suggestions are taken considerately, but you have your own direction and won’t be swayed by popular opinion.

     Unexpected luck is on the menu.  But be careful not to eat too much.  Overexpansion is the flip side of opportunity.  Still horse shoes and 4 leaf clovers are everywhere.

Where others are concerned, give credit where credit is due.

This week is guaranteed to carry diplomatic saavy all the way to the top. Even when your strongest instincts seem to be working against it. Don’t be afraid to open up and tell the world how you really feel…it will be met with acceptance and applause.

While you feel clearly in balance, the rest of the world is at the tipping point. It’s like a top spinning out of control. Sooner or later it will spin more strongly in a direction. Politically, it looks like things will be swinging to the left. Either extreme isn’t good. Dexter – to the right. Sinister- to the left. Something in the middle would be welcomed.

Business coups are in progress. The underserved will be emerging as the new stars. Look for the sleepers that haven’t had much gusto in the past few years.
