Ever wake up in the morning and wonder who dealt this mess. This could be a common thread in the week to come. It seems that people and situations just get wackier and wackier. How so many people can have the same reaction to what is going on personally and globally is difficult to comprehend. Of course, how we experience these planetary influences has to do with our rising sign. Planets influence us the way that we receive the planetary influences. Our rising sign is our receiver.

The Sun has just entered the sign of Sagittarius so we feel adventurous. This is excellent as it will lead to developing some original ways of handling some aggravating situations. Remember to use diplomacy although my urge is to speak out strongly…this could have some negative ramifications. It’s time to broaden your experiences and get on with some new activities that will put you in contact with a fresh new group of acquaintances.

Pluto conjunct Jupiter in Sagittarius unleashes some deep seated emotions and gives a needed boost to energize us toward freedom of action. Use this aspect to it’s fullest as it won’t be long until the Sun squares Saturn in Virgo and you will have to return to a disciplined and detail oriented agenda. Enjoy the holiday spirit!

With the Sun in Scorpio we see the hidden side of different situations. We see the underbelly. This can be an eye opener for many as we assume that mankind is well meaning. However, our instincts are another side of us that are not thoroughly examined. Since our motives are not only conscious but unconscious it makes anticipating the next move very difficult. You need to be a good chess player, you have to look deeply into the game. You have to see maybe twenty moves ahead with all the possible counter moves. Since this is almost impossible for most people, we have to trust our own moves. It is possible to find this center where we have peace of mind. We can be guided by our conscience which is probably connected with higher influences.

The Moon is Pisces makes us feel compassionate. We want to understand others. We want to put our feet into the other’s shoes. It is this attempt that causes us to suffer. When we know others, we will also know ourselves. This causes us to be obligated to the longer course of action. We realize the need to integrate time and space. Time and space solve all problems.

Mars is retrograde in the sign of Cancer. This will result in reviewing some of our family relationships and what exactly these feelings of good or ill will are predicated upon. Since the sign of Cancer is the natural ruler of the home and Mars is in fall in this sign, we find that if we haven’t spent some time thinking about these relationships they can be a source of unhappiness and distress. Determine whether or not your actions and reactions are appropriate and moderate.

This week starts out with lights flickering, electrical devices malfunctioning, computer connection conflicts and who knows what else. What is responsible for these glitches are anybody’s guess. But judging from the planets this week it is going to be a high wire act for most of us. Perhaps Mars trine Uranus is the culprit. Uranus is retrograde in Pisces while Mars is about to go retrograde in Cancer. Then within a week Uranus goes direct. It seems that this crisscrossing effect may be the source.

The Moon which is the back drop for the week begins this week in Sagittarius. Sagittarius doesn’t have particularly good instincts and is impetuous. This could be a deadly combination politically so watch what you say. Don’t make any rash judgments about the motives of others as you could be seriously mistaken.

Jupiter and Pluto are in an approaching conjunction. This should bring some benefit to you in whatever area of your natal chart the sign Sagittarius falls. Perhaps some unknown source of income or money you left behind finds its way back to you. Saturn in Virgo reminds us to be resourceful in our daily expenditures. Low overhead can be the key to financial success.

This shows that moving in a direction can be beneficial even when we don’t know exactly what we are aiming for. Things come to us just through taking action. Virgo is a reactive sign and this shows that stimulus pushes us in a direction. Virgo is mutable, therefore pendulum like. It swings back and forth toward a goal.
