This week may be too hot to handle. With the Sun and Mars in exact conjunction in Sagittarius expect things to get spicy and dicey. Pluto has entered the sign of Capricorn. Look for big structural changes in large institutions. They will all be reorganizing. That is they will be laying people off and/or hiring them.
