Your energy level has been very high and will continue through the coming weeks. You feel physically fit and ready to take on some new projects. This is all thanks to Mars in the fiery sign of Leo. The Moon is just entering Virgo so a lot of this energy this week will go towards mercurial pursuits such as the intellectual activity of problem solving. This will come easily without the usual reservations.

Mercury in Capricorn is very dangerous. It is so focused on moving up in the world that it tramples on everything around just to achieve a goal. Mercury in Capricorn is very dry and because Mercury itself is dry it just reinforces this lack of compassion for those who are less fortunate. Try to put your feet into the shoes of others.

Jupiter is sextile Pluto so any luck that you have may be attributed to this loving aspect the “sextile”. Pluto tends to dig feverishly to get to the bottom of any mystery. This relentless digging can be constructive or destructive. If you are going to dig, don’t dig half way.

The Sun is in Aquarius conjunct Venus so your social life should be relaxing and fun. Aquarius always promotes goodwill toward others. They are interested in any kind of group activity although they are interested in the whole rather than the part. It’s the camaraderie that they seek. They aren’t particularly interested in the individuals. This type of interest and probing is characteristic of the water signs. Aquarius is an air sign represented by the water carrier. They bring the right people together at the right time.

Jupiter has just entered the sign of Pisces which indicates that more world turmoil is emerging. This week, although not as explosive as last week, will drive opposing powers toward the center. Suddenly, the inability to “go it alone” has become apparent. These coalescing influences will continue to be unstable and unproductive for the near future but will eventually give way to a constructive conclusion.

Still major insecurities remain a part of our daily life. This is difficult to moderate and is the source of undue stress. Stress can takes it’s toll physically if not kept in check.
Individually we must find a way to cope. A belief in higher influences or a commitment to concentration can minimize these feelings of fear and insecurity. Learn from nature. Nature provides many of the answers to life’s little problems.

Mars still in the sign of Leo provides optimism and energy to continue projects that require a great deal of energy. Say “no” to unrealistic expectations coming from yourself or others. A kind of heaviness prevails in the general atmosphere, so you must lighten up. This will help you and the others around you.

Pessimism can easily be reinforced by those who you surround yourself with. Choose carefully the friends that you take into your confidence. Be honest with yourself and you will receive support from those who truly like you.

Most of the planets are in Air signs and Earth signs at the moment. This should ground some of your wild ideas and introduce some practicality into their implementation. Mars is in the Fire sign of Leo and this should continue to give you the needed energy and enthusiasm to see things through to their end. The Air signs; Libra, Aquarius and Gemini are theoretical. Air signs like to communicate and learn languages easily. The Earth signs; Capricorn, Taurus & Virgo are practical and very much concerned with security.

This week we have the Sun, Venus, Mercury & Pluto in Capricorn. This makes us very ambitious and directs us toward creating a place for ourselves in the world, preferably one with status. Capricorn is represented by the mountain goat. Therefore, a long journey begins with just one step. Step by step the goat climbs to the top of the mountain.

Also, this week, we have the Moon, Jupiter & Neptune in Aquarius. Aquarians are interested in mankind as a whole. They are not too attached to individuals although they possess a strong individuality themselves. They direct their efforts to the whole of society and do well in public service. Aquarians don’t feel comfortable in corporate settings and usually find themselves at odds with the hierarchy of the company.

All ideas require hard work and only succeed through sustained effort. If you think you have a good idea, pursue it.

This week finds us feeling a little icy. Four planets in Capricorn tend to eliminate any feelings of compassion that we might otherwise feel. It seems that we think that people get what they deserve…but really people get what they think they deserve, maybe? The Moon in Scorpio allows us to investigate the underworld of deep seated emotional entanglements. Why isn’t it easy to use free will? Free will requires that you become independent on every level. This is not an easy task. But start with just one situation and work your way into applying free will more successfully over time.

Someone once asked, “how much free will do we have?” The answer given was, “less than we think we do but more than we’ll ever use. To use free will, you have to have to change yourself. You are like a puzzle piece and those around you are the pieces with whom you are connected. It’s hard to change your shape. But if you do then the others will have to fit around you and they will have to change too. It isn’t so easy.

We have been conditioned psychologically as well as physically by our ancestors. Both their strengths and weaknesses are embodied in us. Little by little we can determine new and more successful approaches to problem solving. We don’t have to rely on what comes easy for us but are free to create a new solution. This is a good time to analyze those traits that might be holding us back from complete enjoyment and satisfaction in our lives.

Form is very important now. Some how the wrapper is what gets people interested. We have to determine if there is any substance but we must be attracted first. Venus, Sun and Mercury in Capricorn want substance. They like things with lasting value. These 3 planets combine to bring intelligence, power and beauty together in a durable package. Mature ideas are developed and bring forth applicable creations.

Mars in Leo is opposed to Neptune and Jupiter in Aquarius. Personal experience triumphs over the illusions of the masses. We must learn to rely on our own judgment. Only then can we take responsibility for the results of our own efforts. When we question ourselves all the time it indicates a lack of confidence and this is communicated in our interactions with others.

Neptune conjunct Jupiter in Aquarius shows the confusion that the general public in undergoing. There is the need to expand our options but at the same time a danger of overexpansion. Neptune occludes our ability to see clearly. Sometimes we just have to forge ahead even when things aren’t clear but we have to do it responsibly.

Pluto square Saturn threatens to give us an upper cut if we don’t pay careful attention to the passing of time. To postpone is just as dangerous as to accelerate. Timing is always at the basis of true success. Be at the right place at the right time. This is in your control.
