Perhaps we shouldn’t concern ourselves with the possessions of other people. It is really not our cross to bear. When questioned, people would much rather bear their own cross and not that of someone else. For better or worse, we prefer our own set of circumstances.

If we really want to change them, that requires making a concerted effort toward consciousness. We must first realize that we need to make a change. Once we realize this, we can take the next step of doing something about it. This is a time consuming endeavor to which you must be committed.

Those are the circumstances that we have created. If we really want something different, we have to consciously create other circumstances.

I often wonder why many don’t use foresight when travelling the journey of life. Foresight is ruled by the planet Saturn. Many astrologers fear Saturn. Saturn is father time. We get old too soon and smart too late. Foresight can mitigate many unpleasant situations.

We all have to carry on and we have to face our own circumstances. We should be joyful because we are the ones who created them. Every experience is just that, an experience. An experience isn’t good or bad.

We are basically responsible for our destiny, on a conscious and unconscious level. We have our beliefs rooted in religion, education and our family upbringing. All of these factors influence who we become. In many ways people are what they are brought up to be. But, there is always the possibility for more consciousness and we can upgrade our destiny if that is what we truly want. We can be just with ourselves, and, by this, we can be just with others.

This week will be about moving forward in a real and productive way. It seems like it’s been a while since we’ve made any significant steps forward but now is the time. Sometimes the background noise is so loud it drowns out the message. But finally that message seems to be taking hold. For a long time the world seemed to be spinning off in many directions. Remember to exercise your options. Make changes that don’t defeat your purpose. There are a range of solutions that you can employ if you look at the situation from different angles. Don’t get pigeon holed. Expand your horizons and make life a little more interesting. Put a little pepper in it.

Everything is a balancing act. Trying to keep your daily routine in check so that you don’t become physically or mentally exhausted isn’t so easy. Remember to take baby steps when you are starting a new project. A long journey begins with just one step. Usually the planets are giving you a chance to warm up to the kind of changes that you will need to be making. Basically, the astrology chart gives you a plan to work with. You can upgrade your destiny. We all can. But the influences of the planets are always going to play themselves out on some level. The level of manifestation is where you can influence destiny and use free will. Mars will always be Mars. But Mars in Capricorn will manifest differently from Mars in Aries. Mars in Capricorn is disposed by Saturn. Mars in Aries is in domicile and therefore manifests itself more true to the nature of Mars because Mars is the ruler of Aries.

Hard aspects are designed to soften our position toward certain situations. If we become more crystallized and intransient, it will be felt much more harshly than if we learn to yield to the forces of nature. We have to struggle to be in harmony with nature and when we accomplish this, things miraculously move in our favor.
