This week you can look forward to some dissention among the troops. This simply cannot be avoided. There are just too many people pulling in too many directions for there to be any peace. Naturally, we seek out the weakness in others so that we may find our point of attack. We look for the chink in the armor. This is not human nature at it’s best.

Mercury is retrograde until the 13th of September so this is a good time to review any plans that you have just to make sure that everything is in order. Once Mercury goes direct, it should be smooth sailing. Don’t sign any contracts during this time as things tend to be either limited in duration or just don’t work out.

Generally, things seem to be in a somewhat arrested mode. Nothing is really happening, although you may have a lot of things that should be percolating. You are in need of a catalyst. This would help get things going. It would put you in a more active and energetic state of mind. Astrologically, something always comes down the pike that spurs you on to the next chapter of your development.

Being right isn’t a gift. People tend to resent it. I’m not suggesting that you change who you are but allow others to digest your nature in their own time. If you push too hard, you will alienate the very people that will help you.

Don’t fall asleep just yet, there are more zigs and zags to negotiate. You think you have come to the end of the winding road when you realize you are not quite there. This describes the week ahead so stay alert and don’t drift off into slumber. The Sun is going into the sign of Virgo and we will be able to identify all those things that we find nagging. This is a good time to finish up any incomplete projects so that we can move on.

Mercury is retrograde in Virgo and we can use this time to review our past accomplishments and failures. It will allow us to learn from the mistakes that we have made. Greater care should be taken in making calculations. It is also a good time to learn to be less critical of yourself and others. Venus conjunct Mars in Libra can give greater diplomacy to difficult and trying circumstances. Develop your artistic flair in problem solving. Don’t repeat the same complaints over and over.

The grass is greener on the other side but try to appreciate what you have. For every advantage is a disadvantage. Know that you have been given what you need to accomplish your goals. Although you may feel a bit weary at this time, try to keep the momentum moving forward. By doing this you will be aided by higher influences.
You will feel more energetic as the week progresses.

Keeping your head above water is the goal of the week. There are so many perilous situations that lurk in the background. It is best to stay focused on your own agenda and not get sucked into any skirmishes that don’t have anything to do with you. Don’t take the bait that others seem to find a sport by hooking you into their misguided frenzies. “Life is short, art is long, experience gained with much pain, judgment highly difficult.” This quote is from Hippocrates, regarded as the father of medicine.

Also, everyone is an authority on absolutely everything. Everywhere you turn is another expert giving his opinion on one subject or another. Five minutes later is another authority giving an opinion that is exactly opposite of what the last expert stated. This is where you must follow your own intuition. You must have your own judgment and your own methods of interpreting information. Hopefully, you will discover some sliver of truth in this process.

Blow ups in your personal life could come unexpectedly. You need to let people know where your boundaries lie. Either they are able to understand them or you need to move on. No excuses or explanations are necessary.

Right now, it is difficult to find the right measure. Either it is too much or too little. Do your best to apply the right thinking to every situation. It is better to keep your opinions to yourself unless someone is asking. People are generally very thin skinned now. Any opportunity to go bananas is readily seized upon. You can only control one thing and that is yourself.

Some days you just want to come out with guns blazing…but then, maybe a little diplomacy could be more effective. The key is not to let these feelings of rage get bottled up so that they come out unexpectedly at the wrong place and at the wrong time. Many of us just don’t see these feelings coming. We act like it is a big surprise. This is where you need to be in touch with your feelings. This way you can avoid a complete melt down and not risk doing some real damage.

On a more promising note, we are experiencing many stressful aspects in the sky and given this combination of planetary aspects, you are probably faring better than you think. A most complex set of circumstances have been put before you. You must look at them individually and collectively and proceed with caution. Remember that everything starts with just one step. So take one step at a time and eventually you will arrive.

The squares and oppositions that are taking place in the sky are in Cardinal signs. You have no way out. You must respond and in a timely manner. You are basically in a box. There is nothing with an entrance that doesn’t also have an exit. You must discover a way out of this maze. The more creative and constructive a solution that you come up with, the more satisfying this life experience will be.

Activity is a positive response. Doing is better than thinking at this time.

Bring on the cheering section. This section has seldom been heard from in the previous year or more. Let the good times roll. This has been a very bumpy ride but is now on the way to becoming a satisfying and rewarding venture. It all comes down to hard work and foresight. Hard work has been the easy part. It is the looking ahead that has created the traumas. Things have been engulfed in a fog and it has been difficult to navigate through these troubling times. At last, you have arrived.

Information has been extremely difficult to get. Now, it is flowing freely. You can get a sense of what will come next. This information sets you free to plan and move in a single direction. Previous to this, things have been very unclear. You have been overtaken by fear and paralysis. Not moving in any direction is a draining experience. But, finally, these feelings are passing away. Now you can enjoy the freedom of movement.

The experiences that you have are very personal and they will promote your evolving consciousness. As this happens, you will be able to negotiate complicated deals that would have been previously impossible to undertake. Keep your focus on the details, as you have a crystal clear vision of the bigger picture. These details will bring you the needed confirmation that you require to complete the transaction.

Allow yourself plenty of rest as this will fortify your whole being. Sleep is as important as food when it come to refueling.
