The Sun, Jupiter and Mercury are conjunct in the sign of Capricorn. Suddenly, we find ourselves developing an ambitious approach to achieving our goals. We have a clear image and we must bring these things to life. Our plans need to be solidified. We must have some tangible evidence of our work.
Saturn is square the Moon and this tends to keep our emotions in check. We don’t want to commit to a direction until we are sure that we can succeed. Sometimes we just have to make a leap of faith. We have to believe in ourselves and move ahead without really being able to see the end result. We can certainly speculate as to what the end result will be but at some point we have to take a chance.
Neptune is square to Venus so our imagination is taking us to magical and creative places but we are fearful of going too far into this mystery as we may not be able to keep our senses.
Mars is retrograde leaving us with few outlets for our energy. There is a build up of emotions and ideas and beliefs. This may be a good time to examine our motives carefully so that we can better direct these energies toward a constructive goal.
Many forces are opposing these energies so it is best to be patient and let ourselves be guided by subtle influences.
