This week delivers an ability to step into it. Don’t wait for the limb you are standing on to be sawed off by conflicting needs. Show that what you have in mind is a workable and sustainable approach to getting the job done. If you don’t believe it can work…no one else will either. This requires that you commit yourself to aclear direction so that others can anticipate where you are heading.
People are much happier when they can anticipate your behavior. If you are erratic and unstable, this will be picked up on. You may want to keep part of your plan close to your vest but you can still inject a certain amount of stability into your persona.
Plan your work and work your plan. You need to show that your ideas are seamless.
No employer or client wants to think you are just guessing. Show that you have it figured out. Show how you would implement your plan in the most efficient way. Many things are happening behind closed doors. You are not privy to all the issues that surround a particular problem. Not being in the loop won’t be a handicap. You have the imagination to read between the lines.
Look for signs of withdrawal from some of your friends. They won’t always move along your line of thinking. They have their own thoughts and philosophy and their own destiny to fulfill. You can set a good example but don’t insist on compliance.
